We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to be the Director for the Home Health Division. BSN preferred but not required. Experience in home health nursing, community health programs or family centered nursing programs required. Applicants should have a working knowledge of clinical, financial and managerial aspects relative to Home Health and an understanding of the OASIS and regulatory requirements. Applicants must have a current Illinois RN license and liability insurance, dependable transportation, valid driverís license, and proof of auto insurance. Benefits include paid holidays and medical/ dental insurance.

The Home Health RN will provide care to patients in a home setting. Must be able to assess patient needs, provide wide variety of skilled needs, possess knowledge of disease processes and health care management. One year prior nursing experience and Home Health experience preferred. Hours primarily daytime, M-F and vary depending upon caseload. Requires call rotation. Must possess current IL license, CPR certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance and own professional liability insurance.

The Hancock County Health Department Home Health division is in search of a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). CNA will assist patients with personal tasks such as bathing, grooming, making beds and light housekeeping. Must be CPR certified and have dependable transportation. Scheduled hours are usually between 8 am and 4 pm Monday through Friday.

Homemaker will perform primarily light housekeeping duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cooking for patients in a home setting. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Furthermore, have knowledge of first aid, personal hygiene, household budgeting, nutrition, food preparation and clothing care. Scheduled hours are between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday with no night or weekend hours. Six paid holidays per year.
