Memorial Hospital and Hancock County Health Department have partnered to conduct a community health needs assessment. This assessment provides vital information to assist in identifying the health care needs of the residents our organizations serve. Responses will be compiled and evaluated to determine if a particular service is currently not being provided locally and what our organizations can do to help.
